• Baldwin Park Lake Trail. 2.5 miles, fully paved, jogging stroller heaven.
• Edgewater Drive in College Park. Mom-friendly cafes, a great toy store (The Toy Box), and storytime at Crooked Can.

Lake Nona and East Orlando

• Boxi Park. Live music on weekends and a huge open lawn for crawling babies.
• Nemours Children's Hospital. Hosts parent education events including infant CPR and feeding workshops.

Dr. Phillips and Southwest Orlando

• Trailwinds Park. A quieter neighborhood park with a toddler-scale playground.
• Whole Foods Sand Lake. Look for the lactation consultant table on first Wednesdays.

• Buy Nothing groups by neighborhood. Best place to find baby gear and meet a neighbor.
